Why quoted, not priced in ranges: As a one-person operation, every job's cost depends heavily on scope, materials, and what we find once things get opened up — I'd rather walk your project with you and give a real number than a range that doesn't mean much. Every quote is itemized, in writing, before any work starts.

Anything flagged at final walkthrough gets fixed before I consider the job closed — no exceptions.
